Alberto Said:
Has anyone tried beesting therapy for arthritis do these work?We Answered:
Bee string therapies have been found to be VERY effective for arthritis. It has amazing anti-inflammatory qualities. However, there are many ways to give good support to the body that battles arthritis. Always remember, no one remedy is going to be as effective as an overall committment to better overall functionality that includes body, mind, emotion and spirit. Good luck!Vernon Said:
I need to know something about Enbrel the medicine for arthritis? We Answered:
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articl…read the above link by Dr. Mercola.
what worked for me was pinpointing my intolerance to fructose containing foods ...... and that includes most fruits except lemons, wheat as they contain chains of fructans and processed sugar ..... so the alcohol would be dramatically inflaming the whole situation ...... of course... i don't eat from a packet anyway so it wasn't very hard to pinpoint the culprit........ within 24 hours of pinpointing fructose the arthritic pain "spontaneously healed" ..... marvellous.... along with that, the random brain frizz and nasty stomach aches and gout pain disappeared.
listen to your body when you eat a particular food .... strip your diet down to organic brown rice and fresh celery juice then each day add one new food to your diet and note the reaction your body has to it over the next 24 hours ....... you never know.... she may just be unwittingly making herself ill with the very foods you think are good for you....... not much point eating even the healthiest of foods if your system is intolerant to them........ tedious and time consuming but well well worth the effort.
here's a couple of links on fructose malabsorption / intolerance for you.

Homeopathic treatment for Psoriatic Arthritis? We Answered:
Hi,Homeopathy has gained a good reputation for curing Psoriasis and other chronic skin diseases. Homeopathy cures it naturally by increasing ones immunity and hence can cure it permanently. Homeopathic medicines are completely harmless and when required can be taken for a longer duration very safely.
No symptoms are mentioned here. Homeopathy treats the patient not the disease so what and how you feel are the all important factors to be considered when looking up a remedy for your ailments. The name of the disease is just a helpful hint.
Having said that the term psoriatic arthritis brings to mind these two homeopathic remedies. Sulfur and Rhus Tox; both in 200 potency, start your treatment with Sulfur 200 one dose first thing in the morning (before sun up) and Rhus Tox 200 just one dose after 12 hours of taking Sulfur.
Take them in that sequence for at least 3 days, then one dose every 3 days for about one month and report back with your progress.
It would be better and more helpful if you could give your individual symptoms and details or consult a Homeopathic Practitioner.
Non-homeopathic reliever
Bag Balm works great on the dry skin and takes away the flaking and cracking that is experienced in psoriatic arthritis. You can find Bag Balm in a little green tin in Walgreens .. and yes .. it really is designed to be used on cow udders! but once you get over that strange factoid it really is great stuff and many people swear by it for various skin conditions.

Arthritis. Is there any natural medicine or yoga for it...?We Answered:
I know how frustrating it is... I started having joint pain in my knees and hips when I was 16 or 17 and had to "just live with it" for years. I went through a bunch of exams (blood work, xrays, rheumatologist) about three years ago (after I got a new doctor) and never managed to get a firm diagnosis. My problem is probably not arthritis (which is what my first doctor had told me), but no one seems sure what it is. That was when I started yoga, 'cause I felt like I had to do something.Yoga has made a huge difference for me. It's helped me protect my joints by learning good alignment-- something I never thought that much about before. It's also helped me to build strength in specific muscle groups that help to support my knees especially-- so the knees take less stress.
It is important to look for a teacher that will take the time to work with you in class. Some yoga teachers talk you through a routine as if it was an aerobics class and never give you any instruction on how to do a pose properly or come help you make adjustments. Teachers that describe their classes as classical, hatha, Iyengar, or gentle would be a good place to start. Be sure to tell any teacher you have not had a class with before about what your specific issues are and they will help you modify poses as necessary during class, as well as helping you learn what is good or bad for that problem.
Other things I've learned, many of which I'm sure you know....
Avoid high impact exercises, particularly those that will affect the problem joints.
There are two different kinds of arthritis. Try to become educated on which form you have as that will help you manage it. There are important differences between rheumatoid and osteo arthritis. WebMD is a good place to start learning about it.
Try to keep a log of the level of discomfort you have from day to day (none, severe, whatever) and also note what you did that day, how you felt otherwise, how much sleep you got, and what the weather was like. I've learned that my joints hurt more when I'm tired and other things like that just by paying attention this way. It really helps with managing the discomfort if you can know exactly what the triggers are.
You can try glucosamine chondroitin. I've never heard that it will do any harm, but I think they're still trying to figure out whether or not it actually helps. The theory is that it's supposed to help sustain (and possibly rebuild) important connective tissue in your joints.
I found ibuprofen to be the most helpful over the counter pain killer for my joint pain.
Most importantly, don't let this condition rule you. I let that happen for a long time and it was a big mistake. There are ways to deal with it if you can just be patient and disciplined about figuring it out. If your arthritis becomes advanced enough that you can't control the discomfort with ibuprofen your doctor will help you find a prescription medication that will work.
You may also want to consider looking for another doctor-- one who doesn't think that arthritis is just a fact of life or that you can't do anything about it. As with any medical issue, a doctor who really believes that you can do something to prevent it from getting worse (or cure it) is more likely to be helpful.
Good luck!

Arthritis pain and natural remedies? We Answered:
For one so young, that's not fair.Massage your fingers with an oil, such as Elmo Oil, and be aware that arthritis is a build up of toxins in your body, especially your joints.
Eat your greens and fruit, drink plenty of filtered water and walk briskly to perspire daily, about 20 minutes on a regular basis, and in a few weeks you will be bionic!!
All the best, Nvrgvup.
