I would stick to one medicine as you may overdose on different meds depending on their ingredients ie do they all contain paracetamol as you should have no more than 8 tablets in 24hrs.

Its recommended that if you have had a problem for more than 4-5 days you should see your doctor. I would advise in the meantime talking to a pharmacist for a more accurate diagnosis esp if you take other meds such as asthma inhalers too.
