It may cost $5000 to $6000(yuen, chinese dollar) a year, room and board are not included...you can take all these free if you have applied for scholarship. Usually it takes four years to seven years.

sorry i don't really know if you have to study chinese...but commonly you don't have to coz you will study you mbbs in english, even in china. It's good if you study chinese though, you can learn more about this country from its language. Hope the help!
