If your son winds up near Munich and wants to learn the German language, the Goethe Institute is superb. My brother studied there.

The best med school in the Caribbean (this is generally agreed upon by the population) is in University of the West Indies, Mona campus, which is in Jamaica. However, as you may already know, Jamaica is neither wealthy or crimeless. In fact, most of the Caribbean isn't.
The Bahamas, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago would be what you consider 'relatively wealthy and crimeless'. Still, Jamaica isn't all that bad. I myself have never suffered from a direct crime before, although crime is indeed a common occurrence here.

Other schools you may consider are the other campuses of UWI at St. Augustine, Trinidad (this one specializes in engineering though) and at Cave Hill, Barbados (this one specializes in law). There is also University of Technology in Jamaica as well as University of Guyana in Guyana. I am not sure about their medical programs, however.

However, if you do decide to go to med school in UWI Mona, Jamaica, I must warn you that it is very competitive to get into this med program. I am not sure about international applicants, but only three of the students from my school got in last year (my school is one of the top in the island, with the best results in CXC external examinations).

Naturopathy and Homeopathy are completely different professions, often Naturopathic doctors receive training in Homeopathy but not the other way around. In fact, I've never even heard of a doctoral degree in Homeopathy.

Any college with doctoral-level degrees are going to cost a lot of money. That's why career and business planning are very important steps before you go to school - how will you pay for the tuition? How many years will you have to work before you pay off your schooling? How many years in business will you need to work before you make a profit?
