First separate them both Divya Pharmacy and Swami Ram Dev.
Swami Ram Dev is a yogi and he has nothing to do with medicines produced by Divya Pharmacy as he dos't share any money with this company.
Divya Pharmacy is just one company among others like Baidyanath, Dabur, Himalaya's, Nagarjuna etc. etc. let your doctor deside that which medicines to be given to you.
When a patient comes to me sometimes i have to combine medicines of four companies as i know which medicine is produced good results and by which company.
i.e. for skin problem Gandhak Rasayan (Nidco), Nimbadi Churna Vati (Baba Pharma), Sarivadyrishta (Baidyanath) and Chandanvita (Unjha Pharama).

Ayurveda is an ancient belief. It has no grounding in modern science (or reality).

As you've correctly pointed out, choosing the baby's sex AFTER conception is impossible. Swami Ramdev also lies about curing AIDS, cancer and other illnesses. He also thinks that "Homosexuals are sick people, they should be sent to hospitals for treatment." He's probably not someone who's opinion can be trusted.
