Massage and similar therapies would be ideal - but you need to be trained. There are several types of massage and a basic training course could be undertaken one evening a week for about 6 months at a local college (if offered by your authority of course). A full time course would allow more advanced training.on different types of therapy. You need a qualification to get the necessary insurance but once qualified you could charge up to say £40 per hour (or more) for a full body massage. This is a skill that could be used anywhere but your qualification may not be recognised in every country - you would need to check.

Take some Tylenol, drink extra fluids and get some rest. Try to avoid decongestants if you can stand it (try nasal irrigation). If you do decide to get a decongestant, you can take Tylenol sinus.

Just as a caution, if you're in your third trimester you should avoid Ibuprofen (motrin, Advil) and aleve.
