how about working like for the health dept or teach. I agree with you but I am Not a nurse I am a CNA who also hates healthcare. The conclusion I have come to its not the healthcare or care should i say. Its All about the numbers and the money. Same question back to you, any suggestion for a cna. Dont say nurse please. I know all to well how you get treated too.Jeanette Said:

What is a good backup major for an aspiring writer? We Answered:
I majored in English in College, with a minor in media and theatre arts production. I currently have two published novels (you can see my titles in my profile). I have held many jobs in film, theatre, television, music production, and advertising before getting a career with the government which allowed me to utilize all my skills as well as several others. It really depends on what else you are good at and what you hope to be doing. I know of another published author who is a nurse, her schedule is crazy and she also has a family. But she managed it.
Some people have majored in marketing, sociology, social work, law, medicine... and yet they have all managed to write.

Cleaner Job than Certified Nursing Assistant? We Answered:
nope, you will still be delegated the 'poopy' jobs, i believe if you add the certificate you can do simple dressing changes, remove caths ect but no big deal. if you are gonna do anything why dont u go for your LPN? you will make really good money and then only have one year left for your RN, thats what lots of people do. i hate doing the bathroom duty too, but as an RN i dont escape it, you will still have to do it no matter what. but if you become a nurse you can go in a totally different care setting. so could you work as a home health aide too then? i dont know the difference but i work for a home care agency and we have a home heatlh aide, she isnt a nurse but she gives people their baths and gets their vitals, most people she just helps em' get dressed or take a shower, some bed baths, but not really the poop, do you have a home health care agency by you? just a thought to get you out of the nursing home setting, i dont like it either.
