motivating lazy BF to take a second job?

We Answered:

Boy you sure are a go getter. I hope one day you will learn that money is nice but if you have to give up enjoying life in order to afford the living you want, then your priority's are all wrong. Why go to work to hours a day and then not be able to see one another and enjoy your family. You want all this, but you are only going to school and working a part time job. I do hope you wise up or you might lose a man that knows the value of life. You say you like him, what happened to love, time for you to move on, and find someone else, do him a favor and leave.

What are some jobs in the health care field that have shortages of people besides nursing?

We Answered:

Certain jobs in the business world will require you have a specific type of education. If you want to be an accountant, then you will need a degree in accounting or have a certain number of accounting college course credits. Do not believe everything you read. The information you provided could have been provided by a technical school trying to increase their student population.

is going into the nursing field a good choice in this economy?

We Answered:

The economy doesn't affect the amount of sick people who need nursing care, think about it.

Nursing Job? On the rise or not?

We Answered:

The other answer actually makes some good points. In the current economic climate where jobs have been in short supply for the last couple years, lots of people have decided to cross-train into healthcare thinking that it was a guanranteed job. So the numbers of new grads are definitely up.

Also, you have to consider your particular region. If there are lots of nursing programs in an area, then new grads will have lots of competition for fewer jobs. If you live in an area that is underserved by nursing education programs, then jobs will be in better supply.

In my healthcare organization, we hire nurses every two weeks for our hospital and nursing home. But there's no guarantees that a new graduate will find a job easily.

One more thing -- ask enough veteran nurses and you will hear about the nursing shortage swings. The swings go up and down. Currently the schools are pumping out lots of nursing grads, so there is not really what is considered a shortage. This state of affairs will not last. Only a percentage of new grads actually stay in nursing. People move, change career fields, and with a predominantly female pool some of them drop out after marriage or childbirth. A lot of nurses want to advance into other positions such as NP or CRNA. The projections are that the building population of elderly in the US are going to increase the need for healthcare workers faster than current school programs can pump them out. So we will have more shortages, guaranteed.

i need a good website to find some articles on careers and their salaries??

We Answered:

Try www.salary.com or www.payscale.com. Both are good sites for what you are looking for. Choose what you like not what pays the most. You might want to shadow someone in each profession to find out what daily life is like too. Good luck.

Eczema and nursing, bad combination?

We Answered:

Hi,

First - get rid of your eczema, then second do what you want with your life. Keep spraying the effected areas with some 2.5 PH water once a week, even after it is gone, and it will stay away.

I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis’ on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.

He has been spraying on 2.5 PH water for about a month now, and it is working. He is also drinking 9.5 PH water. His wife has MS, and is also drinking the 9.5 PH alkaline water, and is doing much better.

You can get free alkaline water - place a wanted add on http://craigslist.com Ask for 8.5 PH drinking water. Usually the same machine will make the 2.5 PH water too.

Here is a demo video to watch for the eczema cure as seen in Japan. Sorry but the hospitals in the United States and Europe are not this advanced at this time.

Allergies to food include shellfish, garlic, and others. Stop eating things like cheese, then milk products, then anything brewed (beer, yogurt, breads made with yeast). When it goes away, then you have some idea of what you should stop eating.

Or use the process developed in Japan, and eat what you want to.

Exposure to UV light can also help many who have eczema. Yes walking out in the sunshine, without UV protecting sunblock on will expose your skin condition to UV light.

Good Luck !
