I agree with the other answers, a Bachelor's is now the minimum to become a nurse in Canada before taking the CRNE (Canadian license exam). The USA still accepts associate's degrees however, so if you don't want to study another two years for a BSn then you could try there. Good luck.

You could consider technical writing.
You might want to work for an insurance company (answer phones at "ask a nurse" lines).
Seems a shame to have the degree and not do more with patients one-on-one. Would hospice nursing interest you? Maybe a field like L&D? Midwife?

You must contact the BON in the state in which you want to work. They will evaluate your credentials and you get permission to write the NCLEX from them. You will also have to get the proper work visa.
