What's required for a Canadian to get a visa to go to school in the US?We Answered:
A visa is a travel document affixed or stamped on a page of a passport. Canadian citizens are exempt the visa requirement for all nonimmigrant classification except K, E, and V. A nonimmigrant student is in the F-1 classification. However, a Canadian citizen has to meet all the other requirements for admission as an F-1, the main one being a SEVIS I-20 form. Your g/f needs to find a nursing school that is authorized to issued I-20 forms. If she's accepted at such a school, they will give her an I-20 which she would need to present at the time of her entry into the country so that she can be issued an I-94.
The I-94 form would be her form of alien registration showing admission as an F-1 student for the time period needed to complete her education. The officer at the school who issues the I-20 forms can provide her with more information.

What is the cheapest and most practical way to prepare for a trip to Norway as a Canadian citizen? We Answered:
The cheapest way to visit Norway is to have a friend to stay with. I couldn't afford it otherwise ;) If you are just going there to have a look around, it is cheapest to fly in the winter months ie November or January.Milton Said:
Is it possible to get into a Canadian (I am Canadian) medical school with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing? We Answered:
I believe you can, because most med schools don't require anything specific for your undergrad. You should check on this, but I think as long as you write the MCAT and have the neccessary letters of reccomendation and volunteering/job shadowing, as well as the competitive marks, yes, you should be able to apply to a med school.Remember most people who apply to med school on their first try don't get in. If you don't, you should definitely try again next year. Good luck!!!!!

Can I join the Canadian military and get free nurse school and be a nurse for them?We Answered:
Nurses are in all branches of the forces. refer to the sources links for detail information. Also, talk to a recruiter.Training: the military will train you. Certification for nurses is at the provincial level. So at some point to if want to become a nurse in the civilian world you will have to certify in the province that you work in.
Pay is based on rank and qualification.
Once in you can work with your career manager for posting etc.
