Did I do the wrong thing asking for a transfer so soon?We Answered:
you seem to be thinking that there is a conspiracy against you.do you really think people would go out of their way to stage a fake talk between each other just to let you know, that they know you have applied for the position!?
well, i guess you should trust you senses!
Maybe you just don't feel comfortable in their presence and mistaking that for a conspiracy theory?
its a good thing you applied for the position.. keep you head up and keep trying!

Career Path Help?!?!?We Answered:
You need to approach people in the industry - think of re-posting your question in healthcare. My best suggestion is to identify ten jobs within your industry, which you think are realistically achievable considering your qualification, and that you think you could possibly be interested in.
If you work in a hospital, it should be pretty easy to get in touch with people that are doing that job. Ask them for 20-30 minutes of their time, possibly over lunch, to:
A - Explain their job, to see if you would really be interested.
B - Explain their career path(what job do you need now, and wheat should be your next job, to ensure that you can be in their job in 5, 10, 15 years, what ever the timeline is)

What kinds of occupational complaints do service workers have?Would unionization may be able to help resolve sWe Answered:
I certainly feel unionization would help to solve problems for many workers in what have been in the past areas that weren't unionized. The primary concern in all unions should be improved working conditions and that changes with each setting. I work in a plant and so our union tries, an pretty successfully, addresses issues such as overtime, healthcare, management employee relationships and working conditions on the floor. Since, in a production plant, speed and quality or the primary concerns we have programs in place to help older workers or handicapped workers since often they have difficulty keeping up with the pace. What ever issues are in the negotiated contract are arrived at by a bargaining process with union and the company. This means that you can negotiate what ever is important in your situation. Public sector employees operate under a slightly different set of rules.Ashley Said:

What would increase my career opportunities, a MBA or MHA?We Answered:
ok, i don't know what an MHA is, off the top of my head, an MSc is about management. Personally, i'd go for an MBA as you'll learn more from it, including management, and other business related subjects. Hope i helped.Cheers,
