Which Hosp./Nursing Homes offer the highest paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) jobs in Suffolk County, NY?

We Answered:

The best pay usually is when you're with an agency. I'd check out agencies in the area to see where they start, and that will give you a baseline for what to expect from local nursing homes / hospitals..

CNA jobs in FL: Nursing home/hospital or Home Health?

We Answered:

Try to get a job in a state facility. The pay is excellent and you will learn a lot and there is a greater chance for advancement. State jobs are hard to land, but if you do, it will be a good boost for your resume.

Byron Said:

I have an interview Monday for a CNA/Nursing Scretary job. Should I wear scrubs or dress clothes?

We Answered:

Even if you'll be wearing scrubs every day if you get the job, you should definitely wear a dress suit or at the very least "business casual" to the interview. If it were me, I would MUCH rather be over-dressed than to be under-dressed. It will impress your potential boss or whoever is interviewing you that you cared enough about the job to dress up. The scrubs may give the impression that you don't care about the job. It's the little things that matter the most in an interview.

*On a side note, make sure your handshake is firm. You won't believe how big a difference that can make in an interview.
