To the best of my knowledge there is no school of nursing in the United States that offers to relocate and educated nursing students. As a matter of fact, nursing schools are suffering a critical shortage of nursing faculty and clinical facilities and are forced to either turn away or wait list thousands of qualified students each year.

The ONLY such program that I know of would be the armed forces. If your armed forces entrance exam test scores were high enough and they have the slots open it would indeed be possible to enlist in one of the branches of the armed forces with a guarantee to be sent to a medic program (Army program 91C for example) that produces the equivalent of a LPN.

Once in the service it's then possible to take advantage of tuition assistance, DANTES, and other programs to complete 60 semester hours of college, and then apply to be sent (at their expense) to a regular college to become an RN (example is the Army's Green to Gold Program). Those who get accepted into those programs get to get paid by the service while they go to school full time and then agree to serve several more years on active duty in return after graduation.

The cheapest schools are still online because you won't be paying for commute and accommodation. If you already have a degree, then go for an online nursing program. If not then look at your local community college and see what they have to offer.
Remember, once you are done with your nursing education you now have the empowerment to tackle whatever loans you took to get the education

If you're looking to train as a nurse in the UK then each school is attached to a uni. For example, I'm a student nurse at Brighton Uni so my school is the School of Nursing & Midwifery, Brighton University.

Drexel University is a good place to look. Their nursing website is here: http://www.drexel.edu/cnhp/default.asp
Drexel seems to be an up and coming school that is becoming very well respected in the region. They have a co-op program that mean most of their students leave school actually ready to work in their fields, not just talk about their fields.

While Drexel isn't an amazing school, it does have a growing reputation, and you will get tons of experience at Hahnemann Hospital in Center City. Good luck in your school searching.
