Ummm, it's the 21st century so it was bound to happen. Women have been FIGHTING for equality since the men came back from WW2, when the women had to deal with everything themselves while the men were away.
Women are perfectly capable of being able to deal with the pressure of the high paying jobs because, you see, that's why they were given to them in the first place. Employers can't be sexist or they'll be sued.

With an attitude like that....you got no chance with women.
