how much would it cost to go to nursing school? We Answered:
It all depends which school you go to. You can get an RN degree from almost any Community College ($80 per credit hour). Or you can go to high end medical schools like Vanderbilt at $500 per credit hour.I was a Nursing student at Florida Hospital. Takes 2 years to get an RN degree there at slightly more that $10,000. Nursing books can be very expensive.
Remember, most schools put you on a waiting list for the nursing program... so apply now. If you don't get into the nursing program at a school that you like then take pre-reqs first (Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, etc).
Good luck.
