You will need to do A levels in subjects such as biology, sociology, psychology or a BTEC or AGNVQ in a science or health and social care subject.
6th form is better for staying with your friends but college is a bit better for being treated a bit more like an adult.
You will then need to apply to UCAS in your second year of college/6th form. You can apply to do the degree or diploma in nursing. The diploma gives you a large bursary than the degree and is less academic work. The degree would give you more academic knowledge and maybe better promotional prospects. However you can complete the diploma and work as a nurse and do a top up course later to achieve the degree if you want to.
