veterinary school UC Davis. near Sacramento.

RN can switch jobs any time. but have to work nights and weekends.

vets generally have better hours in the city. maybe not so much so in the country. but i suspect that it takes time to build a practice, so you're not nearly as mobile.

but they certainly have different patients. i'd assume that you should know by now which you prefer.

Medical transcription is a great career choice! However, it can take years before you're allowed to work from home, unless you were to start your own business. Psychologists can make a very comfortable living; if you like the idea of working with children, why not consider child psychology, behavioral therapy, or even physical therapy?

I'd consider sitting in on a few classes, if that's allowed, to see if those topics "click" for you.
