That is a great start. I am RNBSN most of the areas you make want to look at is Case Management. They are in hospitals and home health although some places will hire you fresh and train you some would like you to have taken a course on case management. There are courses I haven't done much research on it. BSN is a good start. CM work with the needs of the patients and how to get those met through social services for home, finances, medical needs among other things. Hope that helps.
