Positives:1.Job security
2. Job satisfaction - for the most part
3. Personal growth opportunities
Negatives:
1. Horrible working hours in the beginning
2. Poor peer support
3. Mediocre pay; usually decent benefits
4. Total responsibility but little if any input into the system.
Would I do it again? I'm not sure.
