Take a CNA course, it's about 6-8 weeks...depends on where you go or take it. After completion, they will give you a certificate...then you are certified to start working.

it obviously varies alot between different countries but generally yes there is a pretty good career path for those who want to play the game, as opposed to actual nursing

1.Job security
2. Job satisfaction - for the most part
3. Personal growth opportunities

Negatives:
1. Horrible working hours in the beginning
2. Poor peer support
3. Mediocre pay; usually decent benefits
4. Total responsibility but little if any input into the system.

Would I do it again? I'm not sure.
