Sorry to tell you there is no getting rid of her. My advice would be to return to work on light duties, and as soon as you feel any discomfort go back to your doctor straight away and stay cool until you meet with your lawyer..being on workers comp is very stressful I know...hang in there.
Tell your lawyer and doctor about the nurse/case managers attitude towards you, you can possibly ask for a different one.

Edit: there are good ones and bad ones....personal experience.

i think ur mom and ur friends mom are correct that a nurse gives u a more sercured job and better pay in the long run.

then again, being a nurse requires u to study for a few yrs if u havent done this already, and that means no money coming in for a few yrs, while having a job as a merchandise manager pays your bills if no one is supporting you

and, being a neo natal nurse could be a stressful job unless u do enjoy such a career. Then again, being a merchandise manager could be stressful too: deadlines, and no job security

You may want to consider leaving the MA off your resume and toning down your abilities, skills, and longevity at anything. You don't want to appear smarter than your boss.

You need to take a language test, obviously.
You also need to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council before you can practice. You need to prove your training and qualifications are equivalent to the UK's standards.
There is a shortage of nursing posts at the moment and many unemployed nurses.
I seriously advise you find out more about the health system in the UK, it's very different to other countries, even the private sector.
Pay here is not that good, cities like London are expensive and it's impossible to live on an average nurse's salary.
