Nursing will always be in demand as long as people still live! You shouldn't have to worry about that at all. A lot more people want to become nurses because of the demand but a lot drop out or don't find it to be something that they would enjoy anymore. If you find this is what you love to do, do it! Demand or not.

Just keep on your career path, you'll be a nurse.

A wise physician told me this, 'As long as there are guns and drugs, nurses and doctors will never fade away.'

Some Topsy and Tim books are good as they show male and female police officers etc, Fireman Sam has a female fire fighter!

To be honest i cant think of any specific books but look around in cheap shops and waterstones....look inside and check out the pictures. Most up to date books now show non stereotyping so shouldnt be too hard to pick some up :)
