For your objective, you'd just put the title of the position you're applying for. I wouldn't mention the nurse job in your objective, as it's unrelated to the surf shop. As an example, you might put something like this on your resume:

"Objective: Customer Service Cashier - ABC Surfing Company"

This one is in the "other careers and employment" section, which gets a lot of traffic because it's a catch all... but probably not a lot of answers after a day. I recognize the question, but I don't have CNA experience. My response was my opinion, but may not be the best answer to your question. Perhaps someone with experience in that field would be better able to help you and I'm guessing they look at the health care section (under business & finance, employment). I'm sorry I didn't suggest it the first time I saw your question.
