Benjamin Said:

Are there jobs in the nursing field in California.?

We Answered:

There are not tons of nursing jobs; but there are some. If you want to be a nurse, become one; you just may have to be flexible to find a job. If you are doing this solely to find an easy available job, then you might consider other options. Plus, who knows what the job market will be by the time you are done in 4-5 years.

Phyllis Said:

Any nursing job in california willing to buyout contract?

We Answered:

Wow, I've never heard of contracts that limits RNs from moving around. In California, I think it is illegal, so I assumed it may also be nationwide.

Sorry I wasn't able to help, however, my old hospital that's in the city of Downey gives experienced ICU nurses sign-on bonuses of $12k. If you happen to be an ICU nurse, just look up Downey Regional. Good luck to you!
