Nursing Jobs In Delaware

HUGE MEGA QUESTION! HIGH SCHOOL JOB / COLLAGE!?

We Answered:

In all honesty you need to let your daughter make her own decisions. If she wants to be a doctor then you should support her. Discuss the options that take less time to complete but let her make the ultimate decision. As for the dorm, staying in a dorm is the best way to get the college experience and that's not necessarily a bad thing. She will make more friends and will be more in tune to what is going on, on campus. I personally lived in an apartment and know I missed out on some things. If your daughter can get into John's Hopkins I would let her go that is a great school for those in the medical profession. Trust her to go to school and make her own decisions. If she want to be a doctor her head already seems to be right because she wants to help others.

HUGE MEGA QUESTION ABOUT COLLAGE/ HIGHSCHOOL/JOBS?

We Answered:

Well 1st of all what you and your daughter need to realize is that it's time for her to start making decisions for herself. Prepare her for the 'real world' As the saying goes, “GIVE a man a fish; you have fed him for today. TEACH a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime” Let her know that you'll be behind her 100% with whatever decisions she makes but she a has to make mistakes and learn from them and right now is the best time to learn from them.

In choosing a career field, she should think about what she likes to do because if she gets a job only for the money opposed to doing what she loves then she won't be as successful because her heart won't be in it. If she wants to be a doctor support her!! She will thank you and you will thank yourself.

As far as living on campus go...let her live on campus. She will learn to grow as a person on her own and meet new people. She can learn a lot about herself that she didn't realize. This will help her become a responsible young woman. When your thinking all of this over just remember when you were her age, that always helps.

Me and my grilfriend broke up after 4 years. please help me! i love her so much!?

We Answered:

Sounds like a very immature relationship, she wants to keep you tied down while she has her own freedom. Whenever something happens she would be gone and try to make you feel bad like it's your fault, and trying to make you feel like you should fix it. I think she is going to end up breaking your heart, but if you believe in the relationship as much as i think you do then i know you are going to stay with her no matter what because you think it's worth going through all of it if you have a small chance at settling down with her. Just try not to let her take too much advantage of you because the way you are describing your relationship sounds like she is running you over until you are all out of what she wants then she will just move on.

Corrections and reading proof please! 10 points?

The speaker of today was Sgt. Pedro Consuegro. He is a recruiter from the United States Air Force. He was on active duty for almost eight years. He then listed into the reserves and pursued different jobs as vehicles maintenance and then transferred into the nursing field. After that period of time, he took a job as a police office in the state of Delaware for fourteen years. Throughout his career, he has seen it all and learned from it. He came back into the US Air Force Reserve to the medical field. Not long after he came back into the Air Force, his captain asked him to become a recruiter.

Sgt. Consuegro explained the benefits that the US Air Force offered for the students who wanted to join the Air Force as a reserve. He mentioned that they give away free tuition for any school the student wanted to attend, and that students have total freedom of picking any major they wanted to pursue. He also talked about how being in the reserve, a person can get stable income and job security besides the free health care for yourself and your family. The new members of the US Air Force Reserve have the full right to pick any base across the nation for their training. Sgt. Consuegro also stated that the US Air Force is not for everybody because they do a extensive check in all avenues such as criminal records, schools, health history, and the new member can't have any traffic tickets no matter how small the ticket. Even a parking ticket can disqualify a new member.

I think it has very tempting benefits and anybody would love to join it. Besides the career path I would like to have in aviation, I see that there are not a lot of choices for me. I would disqualify automatically because I had laser surgery on my eyes for correction and the US Air Force requires 20/20 vision without eyeglasses or surgeries. On top of that, for a career as a pilot, I must hold US citizenship, which I don't have yet. Even if I will qualify, I could still forsee my seat as a pilot on airline airplanes and not the Air Force.

Make sure you indent paragraphs.

Where is a state that I can move to with some kind of job opportunities?

We Answered:

If you can find any way you should try to get your nursing degree. There is a huge demand for RN's and the pay is great!!! The average pay for a Surgical Nurse is in excess of $75,000 in the US. If you are willing to travel and live short-term at various locations you can make over $100K a year.

Look for organizations offering scholarship to those willing to work in certain areas for a period of time after graduation.

Lastly, depending on your age and health, you might want to consider the military. You are pretty much guaranteed a job after you have experience as a medic.

Best of luck!!!

How can i convince my parents to move to florida?

We Answered:

Well first of all, hurricanes are something to worry about in any coastal region. There are many ways we control our fate here. One is to have amazing homeowners/renters insurance. You're given plenty of notice of any hurricanes coming, and you have ample time to leave or prepare your home. It's not as bad as it seems. Second, as a parent I see why your family might not want to move until you've graduated High School. It's much easier to move when you don't have to register kids for schools, etc. Even if your parents do not move to Florida, you could always apply to colleges anyway. And if you're doing that, let your parents see the huge difference between tuition for in-state and out-of-state. Hope all this helps!

Becky Said:

Please Chance me at these colleges!!?!?

We Answered:

Good chance at all except UNC Chapel Hill and UVA, problem is that they are tough on out of state residents. I cannot say that you will get into those two but you do have a good shot at them.

Discuss It!
