Wanda Said:
I have a shoulder injury and am currently a nurse. I can't use my left arm what jobs are can i do that pay?We Answered:
A radiologist. All you do is read x-rays and dictate what's on the films. Teach anatomy and physiology. What's wrong with your left arm?Courtney Said:
Where do you get better paying nursing jobs?We Answered:
usually nursing homes pay more for RNs and LPNs....but its not always the ideal job......hospitals get paid a little less..... it depends on your experience and the level of your degree...Lester Said:
Are nursing jobs (hospice?) actually good pay and good hours or is that a myth?We Answered:
The work is good and rewarding but it takes a very special type of personality to do the work. The burn out rate is very high and generally the work can be depressing because it is all about saying goodbye and preparing people to say goodbye. Depending on where you live with a few years of experience you can expect to find jobs which pay in the $30+ hr. area. You need an associates degree at least BSN is average expectation and with a MSN you can teach and supervise and make really big bucks $100,000 + yearly.
