Choose the course you feel more confident in doing. I cannot give you advice about any of the courses as i don't know much about them. Look at the advantages and disadvantages of each course to help you decide.

Please visit the national PT website www.apta.org under the education section. Also you do not need to become a PTA before a PT. In fact, this will probably take longer. For PT, you need to get a BS in anything as long as you meet the pre reqs. Generally this is 1 year of gen bio, gen chem, gen physics, A and P. These all have labs. Then you will need math, psy, and statistics. Helpful classes include med term, gross anatomy with a cadaver lab, exercise physiology, developmental psy
