Registered nurse wanting a work permit for Canada. Can I get a permit for part time employment?

We Answered:

Normally work permits are for sponsored full time position and are issued fro the ebenfit of the employer, not the employee. Yes they are issued to you, but only to allow your Canadian employers to fill posiitons they cannot fill with Canadians.

Registration will depend on the area you are moving too.

Wallace Said:

is it ok for a registered nurse to have a tattoo here in USA?

We Answered:

There are no laws or rules against having tattoos in healthcare, but you are likely to encounter subtle or hidden prejudice.

Like it or not, tattoos scream alot of things at a patient when they see them.
"Competent and well educated health provider" is not one of them.

Yes, you can become a nurse but I strongly suggest that you keep your tattoos covered while on the job.
