Registered Nurses Career
Beverly Said:
*Registered Nurses Only* Why did you choose this career? We Answered:
1. I want to join the Peace Corps when my children are grown and have always had a genuine passion to help others.2. I received my Associates degree.3. Strong back and a stronger mind. You have to have to know when to speak up and stand up for yourself and patients and no when to shut your mouth. Common sense helps! 4. Depending on where you live and what field you chose, you can make 17-40 dollars an hour. Plus health benefits. The major advantages are that Nursing will go any where with you, and you will always have a job, and if you don't like what you do or where you work you can go into a different field or different facility. WHAT HAPPENED TO 5?? 6. Burn out, getting yelled at and treated like dirt by doctors, patients, their families, management or other staff! Working holidays, overtime, short staffed.7.This is answered in 3 I think. 8. I love seeing something new every day, learning something new every day, taking care of people in their time of need. I dislike being yelled at, treated like I am less than slime by one doctor in particular, and taking complete care of 9 patients.9. Think long and hard about this before you chose this!10. Can you start tomorrow? 11. There are always room for advancement especially if you get your Bachelors degree. It depends on the student12. Ability to come to work and do their job.13.Same as 9 14. Good Luck if you chose this field.
