There are TONS of hospitals in Phoenix and Tempe. I personally work for Maricopa Medical Center or "county hospital" which has the Arizona Burn Center (the only burn center in the southwest, and 2nd largest in the nation).Check out the link below. I don't understand how you would have any problem finding a job at all. Yes ideally most places want experience but there is a nursing shortage worldwide. Your problem may be the type of jobs you are looking for. Most new grads have to take staff/floor jobs working nights to get their experience in and then move on to more desired jobs.
