What travel nursing company has the best benefit package? We Answered:
I am with American Mobile right now and the benefits aren't bad. There are no premiums for health and dental and the deductible is >$1000. They cover pretty much everything minor @ 100% (physicals, cleanings) and major @ 70%.Thomas Said:
What company or companies should I use to travel in nursing? We Answered:
Hi - I work in Southern California as an RN. My hospital uses a lot of registery and traveler nurses from a company called Medical Staffing Network. Their phone is 800-MSN-TEAM, or their website is msnheatlh.com. I don't know about being in San Diego by September - it's already the end of August. The nurses that MSN sends are all screened, cleared, etc., with background checks and everything. All licenses and certifications are verified. I don't know how long this process takes. You will need to provide them with (at least) a valid photo ID (like a driver's license or state ID), your nursing license, CPR or BLS card, and any other requirements for the kind of nursing you are experienced in. The nursing staff we get from MSN at my hospital are usually very well-qualified, personable, and able to adapt to new surroundings. Good luck with being a traveling nurse!Wade Said:
