You need to train your tendons and ligaments so that they become stronger. Tendon training is the key. One exercise you could do is holding a tennis ball in your hand, squeeze as hard as you can and then after 10 seconds releasing it.

This will also make your wrist stronger.

Also avoid eating too much red meat (it promotes inflammation) and take pharmaceutical grade fish oil as a supplement.

its usually in your contract, my field was 74D but the also put the skill identifier L5 which for me is Chemical Recon, so check your original contract and see if it says 74DL5 or in your case 68WXX
