I have a son with Fragile X Syndrome and I know about OT through participating in therapy sessions and providing home therapy with him. I think it is a good profession that help many many people. I am not sure about Masters level typical job title but if you like working with people, maybe even kids like my son, it is rewarding career I think. You won't be wasting 2 years. You'll be fulfilling requirements for your intended major. Then if you transfer, you'll transfer in as a junior.But if you really want to go to a CSU, go for it. Maybe you'll get in. How're your SAT's? Just try. And if you don't get in, there's community college.
