I say both girls need Dr.s Neurology rule out brain lesions seizures stroke, aneurysms and cancers, erratic behaviors and forgetting is serious, lead poisoning exposure? old house test water, well water city water, autism ADHD bipolar , viral infection, Have pediatrician send them for evaluation, better rule out vit deficiencies and chemical imbalances.
