If you can go to school for it, it's generally accepted to be possible.If you mean if Barnes can train you as an occupational therapist, or pay for your education...that's something you may want to bring up with your boss.

My sister-in-law is an OT and it's one of the professions that is most in demand. There aren't enough OTs... in fact, if you want to immigrate to Canada and are an OT, you get onto what they call a 'fast track' program as they are in dire need of OTs there. So your options become wider than just the UK. Good luck!!
