Do you mean "Ideas for Group Stress Management"? If so, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises all work well in a group setting. You may also try therapeutic music which works really well with mentally challenged folks.
If you need stress relief because you are going to be an intern in a mental health facility, try meditation and any form of relaxation. Meditation would address the emotional, physical and spiritual stress you would be under in such an environment.

If you have access to internet this shouldn't be hard. I found a masters program in England this way and narrowed it down to London School of Economics and Liverpool University in about half an hour (I was looking for a taught masters). Then it became a choice of where I could do some of it via online learning.
Try the Google search engine using the following keywords: university ireland occupational therapy.....I just did out of curiosity and there were several good picks.
Then contact the various schools' admissions officers online and take it from there. Ask them how to be in touch with school districts over there. They must place their own practicum students all the time.
Do this in conjunction with your present university to make sure they will give you credit for your practicum placement.
I've found in the past that if I researched everything myself and presented a logical plan to universities, they usually want to help formulate a suitable plan.
Be warned......Ireland will probably want to recruit you......there's a worldwide shortage of OTs!

Does Proactiv work?

i used proactiv but to i was impatient for clear skin so i gave in and just went to a dermatologist. they took a few looks at my skin ..nothing major..and prescribed me some retin a micro which cleared up most of the breakouts i had on my forehead(i think it cleared up fast) and now its completely gone...I'd say if u want REAL results go to a dermatologist they can tell u exactly wat ur skin needs

Approach and interview with various sports team. You may have to start as a Volunteer, but you could also ended getting a paid internship. Go all the way fromj High School to Colleges and Universities. There are many sports league of every kind and they could benefit from your training, while giving you experience in your chosen field.
