Torn rotator cuff, this may take some time to heal. with mild physical therapy to it and resting it in between it should get better. It sometimes requires surgery if it is too bad. Don't let them get away with fluffing you off this needs treatment. If necessary get a lawyer if they refuse to treat you. You can get one at no cost. this is a work injury. Entitled to workmens compensation. they can blow it out their ears if they don't like it, you have to take care of you. If you can't raise your arm without significant pain thats what it is. torn rotator cuff and may need surgical intervention and definately more tests if not getting resolved.
