psat's do not factor in, just make sure you score better on the sat. I assume you have a better chance with Ohio State than others because of your dad's donations. They will take letters from anyone, but the more powerful (higher regarded) the person, the better. Sounds like money is not a big issue so you are at an advantage of being able to take the sat multiple times to improve scores. go to www.collegedata.comThat's where I got info about colleges. It has EVERY college out there. You'll have to sign up for it and it's free. In the search part you can select Illinois and the majors that you are interested in and it'll give you every school that has that major and it can give you your chances of getting in the school. It will also lead you to the school's websites and give some info on it. I think you'll find it helpful. Good luck.
