Michele Said:
What colleges or schools in New York, specifically on Long Island offer the following courses? We Answered:
Not a travel question.I see that you know how to use the internet, so why not use it to gather information for your college search? It's quite easy, especially if you've narrowed down the geographic area you're interested in. There are several college search websites [including collegesearch.com, I believe] that can help you. Or do a search for "Long Island colleges" and then go to the websites of each and look up which programs they offer. Or do a search for "__________ [whichever major]" then go to the websites of the schools which are located on LI.
For the requirements, "etc.", you can go to the professional organization websites of each of those occupations for info.
Your library probably also has books that will detail requirements, etc., about each of these occupations. There's an entire section there that has college info and career info.
Knowing how to do research on the internet is a valuable skill to have when you go to college, so this is a good way to get some practice. And your question involves way too much research for anyone else to want to do it for you.
Good luck - hope you find just the right school and program.

This site gives details of the colleges on Long Island, NY.http://www.longislandcolleges.com/
There are many of them. when you've decided which of those courses you really want to study, you can select a college.
The only people who can give you a definitive answer to "requirements, prerequisites and anything and everything I should know. " are in the admissions department.
