Pedro Said:

Can I ask my lab manager for a letter of recommendation?

We Answered:

i don't think it would hurt, but you might want to get a third letter from someone outside the lab, just to show that you are well-rounded. a good letter of recommendation from someone you know and work with can never be a bad thing!

Toni Said:

What can i do after this?/?

We Answered:

why would you waste your time becoming an occupational therapist if you don't want to work as an OT? besides, you have to have a minimum of a masters degree to graduate from an accredited OT program today. I really think you are making a big mistake. go into biology or chemistry!!

Aaron Said:

how long does it take to get a phD?

We Answered:

Firstly, you will need to take a combined bachelor's and Master's degree program in Occupational Therapy. This type of degree program typically takes 5 years to complete.

A PhD in occupational therapy requires that the student have clinical experience as an occupational therapist.. PhD programs offer courses in management, preparing the occupational therapist for a career in health services management. A PhD can take more than 6 years to finish.
