Physical And Occupational Therapy

Stephen Said:

which is more difficult to learn - physical or occupational therapy?

We Answered:

At this point in time you need a master degree MS in OT or MS in PT. so the educational requirements are the same.
As for the level of difficulty, that depends on your skills and strengths. If you don't like psychology, or communications, or struggle with abstracts and 'grey' subject matter, then you'd find OT very difficult.
If you struggle with formulas, linear thinking, and absolutes, then you'll probably find PT school very hard.
Ultimately, you should chose based on what you can see yourself enjoying the most, I'd recommend that spend some time volunteering in both fields before you decide on which career to choose, plus you'll need the volunteer hours before you can apply to most OT or PT schools.
