Their is big difference Between a job & career. Most people at the very least dislike their job. To have a successful career, you must pick something that drives you. If you don't, it will be just another job, you wasted money on education for. You have to look at 5 major things. What are your talents, or abilities. What are somethings in life that give you desire or intrigue. What do you do enjoy about life & work. What fits your personality. You also must look at what is practical. It is very important to do something you love, however you have to be realistic. Like for example I once wanted to go school for audio production. Because I was a musician, & working for a studio was a lot more realistic than a record deal. I have decided on law as a profession. However in my spare time I still plan to work on music. You don't have to give up on passion or dream, just make certain dreams secondary & realistic goals first.
