Audrey Said:
i need help with my rage - why is no one answering me today !?We Answered:
I too suffered from rage, anxiety, stress and jealousy. First, start hanging out where you are likely to feel better about yourself and your situation in comparison to those around you. For instance, go to a soup kitchen where they feed homeless people, or find out where the homeless set up their cardboard shanty towns in your area. If you still feel angry and stressed, then you may need prison life. The controlled environment will relieve stress. It's hard to be jealous of other inmates as you are all in the same boat.Kurt Said:
would you say im imprisoned where i dont wanna be?We Answered:
If you believe you are imprisoned YOU make that true, try to believe that your dream will come true and you can do anything you want. You might not be able to see how that will happen at the moment but keep working towards it and it Will! happen if you really want it too. Try to stay positive, look at the good things in your life, even if they seem tiny, they will grow.Put your painful past behind you, try to help other people with your experiences You have survived them! Maybe join (or start) a group and talk through your pain, something like Alcoholics Anonymous might help or perhaps start a counselling course? so you can help at the Samaritans or something.
The best help I gave myself when it all got too much was a counselling course, it helped me loads to understand myself and feel ok about everything.
Good Luck! Stay POSITIVE! and have a good Christmas :)

am i imprisoned where iam ? i feel trapped here, help?We Answered:
The only obstacles you have is yourself. You are human and capable of choice and capable to do everything and anything according to your capabilities. So you want a job? then work towards getting one. You want to study? then grab your books and study. You want to travel? Then work towards that goal and start saving every penny you can. Perseverance will be your friend. As far as friendship goes, do not appear desperate because people are afraid that you want something from them other than friendship. Friendship is something you grow gradually and not something you throw yourself at. Start with one or two people, strike up a conversation, ask questions, read the news so as to stay up to date with subject that may be of interest to others and yourself. Do not just talk about yourself, find out what others like and dislike. You also need to separate what is real from what isn't real. The UK gov isn't going to keep you against your will and neither will any other country. You got a passport and visa you are free to go wherever you like provided you got the means to do so. The only obstacle you have is your mind, clear your mind from bad thoughts and you will be free.
