Pharmacy is good field. Lot of money (6 figures). Consistant hours. You can get it in 6 years or less depending on the program.

UT has numbe #2 program, and they have 6 year program instead of 8.

medical school isn't same thing as pharmacy school.

At least in prestigous school. (UT pharm), what happens is medical and pharm school students are labeled as "pre-med"
obvious medical kids graduate with bio or chem degree and attend 4 more year in med school.

pharm kids go as pre-med and after 2 years (fulfilling requirement) go to pharmacy school for 4 years. So essentially, you don' t have a undergradute degree. But after 6 years you become a license pharmcist.

the job market is hot right now so go do it.
