What colleges have great pharmacy programs? We Answered:
Well, it all depends where you live. Do you want to go to college out of state or not. If you are in NYC, Hunter College has a good pharmacy program.Teresa Said:
Getting into pharmacy school with low GPA?We Answered:
You have essentially no chance for admittance to a "0-6" program in Pharmacy (straight out of High School). You have only a small chance at regular admission to a PharmD program (after your sophomore year) because your study skills are not likely to improve sufficiently for you to be competitive. If you want the best possible chance, you should enroll in a Bachelor's Degree program in Pharmaceutical Sciences (such as at Albany School of Pharmacy).

What are some good pharmacy colleges? We Answered:
Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Although it's not in the midwest, it's in Charleston, SC which is really beautiful. It's a very respected school and definitely not the easiest to get into. Good luck with your search!Jeanne Said:
im looking for a college with pharmacy programs not pharmacy school? We Answered:
To be accepted into a Pharmacy School you do not have to have a degree from a school that offers a pre-pharmacy program, but take specific classes like Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology.... you can look them up at the Pharmacy schools website that you want to eventually be accepted to.This is probably why you are failing miserably in your searches, pre-pharmacy programs are not required and not really necessary.
In the state where I am, people can and are accepted WITHOUT an associates degree or bachelors degree, just the classes required. So you'll have better luck searching for Pharmacy Schools and then finding the classes required for admission.
Good Luck.

What you want are the 6 year programs or the guaranteed admission programs. Go to http://www.studentdoctor.net and you can find a list.
