Aish, if you're worried about career, then go with pharmacy. As you said, the pay is great and the work is pretty chill.Having a bachelor's degree in bio/biochem is useless. With lab experience at school you can some lab jobs, but that's about it. Mainly it's for students who want to go on to grad school -- medicine, dentistry, PhD, etc. They need that foundational bio knowledge.

Get some basic knowledge about human anatomy and physiology. Focus on therapeutic areas in which the propspective employer is dealing. Get some knowledge of basics of pharmocology. Get information about product categories the company is selling. Get to know the competitors.These will help you to show them that you can learn new things and you can be sueful for them.
