Some pharmacies will hire you as a Pharmacy Clerk and offer you training to become a Pharmacy Technician.

If a community college in your area offers a pharmacy technician training course you could sign up and attend.
Once you successfully complete the course you could apply for certification through the PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board).
You must successfully pass the PTCE (Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam) in order to earn the CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) designation.
