What do I do after gaining my degree in pharmacy? We Answered:
'Very peculiar. Inasmuch as so many people would love to be students nowadays, but who cannot, I find something very stark in your line of questioning: it is this. Not one question to us inquires of how and what you can do for others and for those who would need your services as the now pharmacist...Claude Said:
Right i work in a school as a catering assistant and have done for 6 years ive had 1 police check came bck ?We Answered:
Police checks which you had six years ago are not the same as CRB checks which is what you'll have now. CRB checks are more thorough. I pretty certain that the CRB didn't exist 6 years ago.Max Said:

Why is it so offensive to make reasoned / critical remarks about the NHS?We Answered:
In Britain, we don't have a National Holy Service - it's the National Health Service - yet even if it was considered to be a Sacred Cow, it would still be right to criticise it. In democratic countries, it should be right to criticise anything and anyone. The reason why critics seem to get shot down in flames is due to the passionate nature of life and death issues involved. Politically, the British Labour Party is on the defensive because they were the founders of this system and they want it to work. Yet even they know the system is now badly flawed and struggling, sometimes desperately. It must be a nightmare finding ways and means to keep it going. If people would just calm down, stop being political about it, and accept two irrefutable facts regarding health care, we might make headway. What are those two facts?
(1) A lot of illness and death is caused by individuals making selfish, or stupid life-style choices, which no government can do much about.
(2) A lot of illness and death is caused by old age, which no government can do much about.
The big issue is, which government is most determined to be impartial in sharing out limited resources in an ever-growing population? Right now we see government considering going down the road of 'encouraging' old and/or terminally ill people to hasten their deaths. The less regard government has for godly principles, the more at risk old and/or terminally ill people will become. Do we really want to live in a society that shoves many of its most weak and helpless people on to the rubbish heap?
