Face it - humans don't know everything. We try, but we are like infants. Sometimes we do things right - and other times we do things terribly wrong. (Like the whole millitary/weapons thing you mentioned).

I personally don't think that the human race is going to survive. We're too violent towards each other, basically.

But basically you have to be good at what you are doing.

Most pharmacists are not even affiliated with pharmaceutical companies. 85% of pharmacists work for retail chain drugstores, grocery stores, and hospitals.

That said, pharmaceutical sales is huge. We get salesmen around all the time and they are always dressed to the nines :]

Try to look for internship/ summer trainings in Pharma companies. This will add the required experience in your CV and then you may approach companies for job, when you will have much better chance of getting selected.
