I don't have enough wisdom to offer advice on the questions you have. But here is a suggestion: There is a book called "What Color Is Your Parachute." Its purpose is to find out what the reader is best at, and what career would be a good one for him/her. There's a huge fill-out-the-blanks in the book, which is not a lot of fun to do, but the results can be extremely informative. Another suggestion: If you want to look at What Color, try alibris.com or even amazon -- just be sure to get one that is used, price will be much better. Just be sure to get one that someone has NOT written the answers in!

If your only choice is Industrial Pharmacy vs. Industrial Engineering, I prefer IE... Being Engineer is a very respectable career these days...

I'm a Computer Engineering Graduate, and I'm working in Intel as a Product Engineer, I'm targetting a position that is in line with my interest inside my company, and so I'm taking a Master in Industrial (Management) Engineering now as it is a good step for me to easily hit that.

Well it's up to you. If you can see better future in that Course, that will be a good decision, Don't decide based on because you can get advantage of the scholarship. Better to choose something that will worth the long term.
