My advice don't go over seas yet. If i were you i would go to school here in the USA. You might get home sick once you leave. besides you can always take a foreign language class which i think are mandatory and maybe your university offers the class in the country itself. My friend is taking a Spanish class in spain for this summer. Shes been there for 4 weeks now. Try not to think about it much you still got time. For all you know you can get a boyfriend tomorrow and not even go to college. lol Just teasing. Just look at all your options and you yourself will know what to do.
